Irish story time for children! This workshop is geared for children ages 4 and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Fairy Mary (in her new sprightly spring outfit) will be reading fairy stories, teaching a fun song and teaching a couple of easy Irish dance steps. Time TBA (but after 2 pm)
Mary will be performing a short musical set in support of this event with guitarist Paul Keim. She will be singing a few oldies but goodies that will not be in the sets for her 15th March concert in Comox (see below)
This event is gong to showcase, food, music, dance, art and craft from immigrant individuals and communities who now call the Comox Valley home. The goal is to celebrate the diversity within our community build increased understanding and appreciation of the many cultures and backgrounds that are part of the Comox Valley story.
